About Us

Aaron has been doing flooring since he was old enough to ride a pogo stick. He had his own carpet repair business at the age of 15 and has done work in movie theaters, hospitals, the US Embassy, and even for George W. Bush! He has four boys, Bryson, Colby, Caden, and Eddie, who are determined to continue the Johnson & Sons legacy!

Jared, like his brothers, grew up installing flooring. Jared's specialty was tile and showers. He has over 25 years in the flooring business and has an eye for design. He has done work for HGTV and has been on TV building a masterpiece bathroom!

Danny Ramos is someone you'll love to work with here at Johnson & Sons. He is fun loving and is super easy to work with. He will help you from start to finish, and you will leave here knowing more than you ever thought you could about flooring. You'll never buy flooring from a nicer guy as long as you live (That's not actually included in our lifetime guarantee, but we think it should be!) Some fun facts about Danny: He loves it when you call him "Trail Ninja", (his trail name when he hikes the Appalachian trail), he is a cruise enthusiast, and spends some of his time every month volunteering.

Colby manages our Alcoa store and is a 2 time winner of the prestigious Presidents Club Award (2021,2022). He loves to hike and is a star wide receiver for East Tn Elite, a Flag Football team here in Knoxville.

Kam is one of the newest additions here at Johnson & Sons Flooring, but as you can see from his picture, he's a lot of fun. Kam loves football and dolphins. Your shopping experience will be memorable!

Nelson is our Floor Manager at the West Knox location. A Miami transplant, he now calls Knoxville home! Super easy to work with and you'll leave knowing way more than when you first came in...Fun fact: Nelson speaks 3 languages and LOVES Applebee's Bourbon Street steak with an Oreo shake and some whip cream on the top too...2 straws one check girl I got you.

Bryson, aka 90210, handles all of our measures. You'll likely see him once you set up a measure. He has grown up around the flooring industry so he's pretty experienced for his years. He loves football and is the QB for East Tn Elite.

Ash oversees our warehousing and directly handles scheduling and ordering. She manages the warehouse team and make sure jobs are staged, inventoried and ready to go on time for our installation crews. She runs a tight ship! She LOVES being outdoors, hiking, or on the lake, but HATES Brien's constant movie trivia.

Tiffany is the newest member to the Johnson & Sons team, but boy are we glad to have her! She handles the scheduling and assists the Warehouse Ops Manager in other things to keep jobs moving forward! Tiffany LOVES animals. She has 5 dogs, 2 cats, 2 birds, a horse and one day, dreams of opening her own zoo! If she's not helping to coordinate a warehouse full of installers, she's probably at the lake or on a cruise somewhere in the Carribean.

Alvaro has been with Johnson & Sons for nearly 18 years. With Alvaro, everything is always "More Better". He has a can do attitude and is always smiling.
